Sintered Mesh Filter Overview
The product is a standard combination of the most widely used 5-layer sintered mesh. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined according to the corresponding structure and then sintered together in a vacuum sintering device, compressed and calendered to form a porous sintered material.
Sintered mesh material
Standard materials are SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L. Special alloy steel: MONEL 400, acceptable according to customer requirements.
Sintered screen size
Standard sizes are 600 x 1200 mm, 1200 x 1200 mm, 1200 x 1500 mm, special sizes can be done.
Sintered Mesh Filter Characteristics
1. Wide range of filtration grade
Stable filtration rating from 1 micron to 100 micron.
2, stable filter level
With two layers of protection, the mesh of the filter layer is not easily deformed.
3, high mechanical strength
With the support of the fourth and fifth layers, it has higher compressive resistance and mechanical strength.
4. Easy to wash
Due to the use of surface filter material, very easy to clean, especially backwash
5. Heat resistance
Resistant to temperatures up to 480° C
6. Corrosion resistance
Using SUS316L material, with anti-corrosion performance.

Suitable for cutting, bending, punching, stretching, welding and other processing.
Sintered Mesh Filter Material
Standard material for SUS304(AISI304), SUS316(AISI316), SUS316L(AISI316L).
Monel alloy, acceptable upon request.

Sintered Mesh Filter Application
Widely used in liquid and gas filtration. Widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, water treatment and other industries.
In addition, we can process up to a minimum diameter of 10 mm, filter grade up to 1 micron.
For connection type and specification, we can produce according to customer's requirement.
